A brief FMNF this week, which demonstrates my daughter’s current concept of ‘work’. Life is just one big party for a two-going-on-three-year-old! Just as it should be.
Two-going-on-three-year-old: “Where are you going, Daddy?”
Daddy: “I’m going to work, to earn pennies. One day, you might go to work, too.”
Two-going-on-three-year-old: Thinks about this for a moment, then “No – I go to a party. That’s my work.”
